You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid a 50% compensation fee for the service you are scheduled for. Canceling 1 hour before your appointment, being later than 15 minutes or no showing your appointment, will result in your card on file being charged, 100% of the scheduled service.
